On 26th March 2021, Rockingham County gained its own Charters of Freedom, in a grand dedication ceremony that brought together local Government, businesses, non-profits, schools, veterans and communities. Located at the Rockingham County Judicial Center in Wentworth, red-brick settings holding crafted brass replicas of the founding documents, a time capsule and sponsored brick pavers for time immemorial.  The hope is, outside the place where these documents and ideals are used everyday, will serve as a useful education resource to the county. So what are you waiting for, visit your Charters of Freedom! For GPS input: 170 NC-65 Reidsville, NC 27320
