forour fundraiser MUSIC at the MARC featuring live music, food trucks, a beer and wine garden and FREE admission to the museum!
Lineup
Damn the Banjos is a pseudo-supergroup of funked-up folkified Americana blues & roots-rock music. Band members are - Tim Carter (banjo, mandolin, guitar, vocals), Mike McAdam (guitar, vocals), Dann Sherrill (drums, percussion), and Scotty Huff (bass, vocals). All four musicians are seasoned pros – player’s players whose collective resumes include touring and recording with some of the biggest names in Nashville, including Alison Brown, Vassar Clements, Hayseed Dixie, Steve Earle, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Radney Foster, Bonnie Bramlett, Engelbert Humperdinck, Steve Winwood, The Mavericks, Keith Urban, Jake Owen, and Keb' Mo'.
Megan Doss has a personality that sparkles, a talent that will stop you in your tracks, and a Southern vibe that is as sweet as pie. She proudly has some of the top musicians in the Carolinas backing her up, making this band's sound full and rich. Although Megan is confident in many genres, her true love is country music; therefore, it is the majority of what she does. But if you hear this girl sing Adele, Lady GaGa, or even The Eagles, you will be begging for more!
